Graphy, a Unacademy Group company, has acquired Noida-based edtech startup Spayee for $ 25 million.
The acquisition aims to strengthen its leadership position in the creator economy, Graphy said in a press release.
Graphy was created as a platform for educational content creators to grow their audiences, monetize their skills, and host live cohort-based courses. The platform helps YouTubers start their own online school in less than 60 seconds.
After the acquisition, Spayee will continue to operate independently.
