Electric vehicle maker EVage has raised $28 million in its seed funding round led by US venture capital firm RedBlue Capital.
With the latest fundraiser, the Mohali-based startup plans to expand its manufacturing and build a factory outside of Delhi, where it will manufacture its first product, Model.X, by FY23.
Founded in 2019 by Inderveer Singh and Pulkit Srivastava, EVage is a mobility technology company. Its current flagship is a 2,000-pound truck developed for India with feedback from Amazon, its partner in the country.
