Coutloot, an offline-to-online (O2O) social commerce platform, raised $ 8 million in a pre-production round led by venture capital firm Ameba Capital. SOSV, 9Unicorns and Astarc Ventures also took part in the round, including the existing investor Venture Catalysts.
Coutloot plans to use the funds to roll out more services for retailers, scale its B2B supply chain and step up hiring activities in various industries, the company said in a press release.
Founded by Jasmeet Thind and Mahima Kaul, Coutloot enables buyers and sellers to bargain while shopping.
